BRIEF
The promoters of “The 8 Building”, wished to produce content to help attract potential tenants to consider leasing some or all of the 75,000 square foot building in Dublin's up & coming to Dublin 8 District.
VM Digital produced first-class results. I wish we'd used them earlier in the project!
OUR APPROACH
Our task was to showcase the Grade-A Office Development and its location in the heart of Dublin's cultural and diverse area of Newmarket Square, through video content creation, internal/external and amenity photography, updating the theeightbuilding.com website and brochure, and assisting the agents with the development of LinkedIn page for the Building.
We started the process with an on-site recce to get a sense of the size of the building and its surroundings in the colourful and cultural area of Dublin 8. From this, we created a storyboard with the concept of 'Diversity'- we proposed to make a short film selling the local area of Newmarket Square and Dublin 8, as a place to Live, Work and Play. With Diversity, there is a place for everybody!
With a cast of 4, we filmed them living and breathing Dublin 8, before heading to work in the Eight Building. The video combined drone with surface footage to give the viewer a real sense of the building and its prime location. As part of our suite of content creation, we also created a shorter 59-second Amenities video for use on the website and the LinkedIn Page we created.
THE RESULT
