Overview
We collaborated with Sheever/Bhric Oig Developments Ltd. to introduce their latest residential project, Harbour Meadows, situated along the peaceful canal-side in Mullingar. This beautiful development consists of approximately 95 residential units, including apartments, duplexes, and semi-detached homes, alongside a childcare facility and expansive green spaces. Located next to the greenway, residents will enjoy easy access to recreational areas, with a scenic canal walk linking the community to the town centre. Our objective was to create a comprehensive suite of visual marketing assets to showcase the development and its highly sought-after location, the only new project within walking distance of the town centre.
Our Services
In our early meetings with Sheevers/Bhric Oig, it became clear that the location of Harbour Meadows was a major selling point. With the high-quality design of the homes and their short walking distance to Mullingar Town Centre, the tagline 'Canal Side Living in the Heart of Town' was conceived. Our visual and marketing services encompassed brand and identity creation for the established name, art direction, copywriting, local area amenity photography and videography, pre-registration and full website design, on-site signage and artwork, as well as social media scheduling and content creation.
An important component of the marketing strategy was to generate awareness during the pre-launch phase. With this in mind we created large on-site signage to attract the attention of passers by. These signs encouraged interested buyers to register their interest on the website, alongside brand messaging and a CGI visual.
Brand Identity
For the logo we blended modernity with nature. It mirrors the modern, open vibe of the area with its clean, spacious design.
For the icon, the 'H' has a wavy line, inspired by the water in the nearby canal, showing the contrast between the straight lines, representing modernity in the “H” and the wavy cross bar, representing nature.

The small green wave on top adds to the water theme and hints at the green surroundings. We used shades of green in the logo to highlight the surrounding nature of the canal and greenery – and to capture the calm feel of the development.
Amenities Video
We produced an amenities video to help prospective homeowners imagine their new lifestyle in Mullingar.
The video combined CGI visuals of the development with real-life footage of the town, canal, and the wide range of amenities right on Harbour Meadows' doorstep.
Website & Social
We developed a robust online presence for Harbour Meadow, which included:

Social Media Setup, Calendar, and Content Creation: A thorough social media strategy was implemented, featuring regularly scheduled posts to engage and inform potential buyers about the latest updates and available amenities. All content was created in-house to ensure both consistency and relevance.
Conclusion
The integrated marketing campaign for Harbour Meadows effectively showcased the development's unique location and features, sparking substantial interest and engagement from potential buyers. Strategic site signage, along with a well-planned web and social media calendar, successfully drove engagement and conversions by highlighting the canal-side living and close proximity to Mullingar town that these homes provide.
