As part of our brochure design process, we like to create a presentation of brochure concepts for our clients. For Grand Canal Docks Portfolio we showcased a range of design options that included various colour palettes and eye-catching fonts to choose from. Our clients were impressed with the level of detail and creativity we put into each design concept. We gave them the opportunity to choose the perfect combination of design elements that will bring their vision for this unique portfolio opportunity to life.
For this chosen concept we kept the water theme given the location of the portfolio in the docklands, utilising a wave-like textured background. For the icon we used the GCD, joining the D to the G to represent the connection of the various 28 properties in the portfolio at Grand Canal Dock.
Grand Canal Dock Portfolio Dublin is a collection of luxury properties located in the heart of Dublin. These properties offer stunning waterfront views, contemporary architecture, and a vibrant neighbourhood with a thriving tech and financial hub. We created a brochure that encompassed all these elements through the icon, colour palette, content and an amenities & connectivity aerial highlighting why this is one of the most sought-after areas of the City.
