Lisney entrusted us with the task of crafting a brochure for 1 Sir John Rogersons Quay in Dublin.
As is our VM approach for every new brochure project, we presented the client with three distinct design concepts for their consideration. The concept chosen drew inspiration from the building's architectural forms, accentuating its integration with the surrounding natural environment. In terms of colour, the palette was carefully considered, incorporating hues such as palm greens, oak, ash, and pine to align with this thematic vision.

The brochure's content was curated to showcase detailed specifications of the building, presented through engaging and easily digestible infographic illustrations. Additionally, a prominent aerial view was included to highlight the building's prime location and its close proximity to nearby occupiers.
