The Eight Building Brochure

The Eight Building is a modern and stylish addition to the Newmarket Square area of Dublin 8, offering high-quality office space, in a vibrant and up-and-coming part of the city. The brochure was created to reflect the eclectic interior style and high spec of the offices but also to highlight the regeneration & transformation of the area.  An essential aspect of property marketing is photography. For the Eight Building, we set out to capture the property's Grade A office spaces, functional facilities, eclectic interior style and views over the transformed Newmarket Square. The photography was also used on the website and in the e-mailer we created for the launch of the building.
